Introduction

Training 4 Transport has a policy of providing refund of fees to clients who have enrolled in an Accredited Training Program or Course with Training 4 Transport and to safeguarding those fees as appropriate until a request and appropriate assessment has been made of their full or partial refund.

All courses must be paid for either by yourself or your employer (unless pre-approved) prior to the commencement of a course, otherwise you will not be able to participate (or where negotiated to participate in the course, you may not receive a certificate or statement of attainment, if payment is not made).

If an attendee fails to be passed as competent during the course, no refund will be given and that attendee will have to attend another course (at additional cost). It is expected that you will attend and participate in all sessions related to your training course or work – based learning.

Cancellations

A minimum of 7 days written notification prior to the commencement of the course date is required for cancellation of course.

Where a course is cancelled less than 7 days prior to commencement, cancellation fees may apply, however cancellations less than 48 hours prior to commencement of the course will forfeit full course fees.

Refunds

All requests for a refund must be made in writing to Training 4 Transport outlining the reasons for reimbursement.

Training 4 Transport agrees to refund, within 30 days without deduction, all fees where the learner’s application for enrolment is refused by Training 4 Transport.

If a course is cancelled by Training 4 Transport the fees will be refunded or an alternative course schedule can be negotiated with the client.

Once a course has commenced fees are non-refundable unless the client states exceptional circumstances and can provide a medical certificate or show extreme personal hardship. In this case fees may be refunded but would be on a case by case basis minus an administrative fee of $50.

If a client withdraws from a unit after the commencement of the unit, no refund of training program fees will be paid. If a client fails to attend the unit they have enrolled in, no refund of fees will be paid. 100% course cost will apply for those participants that do not turn up for a course that they have enrolled within.

Courses with low enrolment numbers may be rescheduled or cancelled at the absolute discretion of Training 4 Transport.

Training 4 Transport is not liable to you for such cancellations or rescheduling except to refund course fees already paid for by you. Training 4 Transport reserves the right to cancel or change the course date and will notify the participant. The participant may either be rescheduled or refunded in full.
